Scoris TOP 500 – Largest Lithuanian Companies 2026

List of the largest Lithuanian companies by 2025 turnover

Notes:

* The financial year does not coincide with the calendar year, financial data is published at a different time.
** Period is longer than a year
*** Period is shorter than a year
The list contains only those companies that have submitted financial statements to the Centre of Registers to date
Excludes financial institutions, insurance companies, banks, and other institutions that do not publish or are not required to publish financial statements

How the list is compiled:

  • The position in the list is based solely on 2025 sales revenue. Companies that have not yet submitted their 2025 financial statements, but would have qualified for the list based on their 2024 turnover, are displayed at the bottom of the list without a rank number.
  • Only active companies with at least one employee are included in the list. This excludes inactive companies or those merely passing through cash flows.
  • Evaluated business enterprises: TŪB, KŪB, UAB, AB, ŽŪB, cooperative companies, sole proprietorships, European companies (SE), and small partnerships, as well as state and municipal enterprises and public institutions. Branches and representative offices are excluded because they are not independent legal entities, as are associations, foundations, budgetary institutions, and communities.
  • Companies undergoing insolvency proceedings are excluded: undergoing restructuring, subject to restructuring proceedings, undergoing bankruptcy, or in liquidation.
  • Standard business transformations (reorganisation, restructuring, spin-off, cross-border merger) do not affect the list – such companies remain ranked. Companies whose restructuring proceedings have already concluded also remain on the list, and this status is indicated.
  • Companies on the international sanctions list published by the FNTT are excluded.
  • The list ranks individual legal entities rather than groups of companies. In exceptional cases, a company is removed manually if its revenue duplicates at the group level (currently there is one such company – Novian Technologies).
  • In case of equal revenue, the order is determined by the company code to ensure the list is reproducible and stable.
